Firstly some more on Powerplants and dams.

You mentioned zooming in, that's something we discussed with the Egyptrixx cover too. Here's some close ups of dams, some very interesting shapes here, particularly like looking down. (1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6). Sketch of up close, and the Egyptrixx one too.

All the structures have been outside, could we go inside? A dam inside (1). This one could actually be anything, not necessarily a dam, possibily the inside of a space station. Actually reminded me a bit of the Hadron Collider (1 / 2 / 3 / 4) or a wind tunnel - these three are particularly "spacey" (1 / 2 - ignore the dude in this one! / 3).

On a different note, really like this structure, it came up on my search for the Hadron Collider but not sure what it is (1).

So beginning to think about the effects/affects that either humans or the structures might leave...

Ages ago the fabric mix covers were whited out humans over city backgrounds, like (1). Either the structure or the backdrop to the structure could be whited out, highlighting the impression it makes. The backdrop could easily carry on and fit with our tron world, much like the last Pipedown flyer (1). Here's some mock ups of how this might work.

Obviously the second one is more how you've been rolling...

The effect of the dam is most obviously the gorge and the pool of water it leaves behind. I know this is something you visited with the United Groove cover but looking at the thing from above / as a map could work well (1). This is another thing I've come across, wierd, but could work? (1)

And away from dams but still on the effects thing.

I know Habbo Hotel is something we've discussed before. In all of the structures the covers have depicted before there are going to be communal spaces; eating spaces, sleeping spaces. Maybe this is something to be revisited, render these places in isometric, just completely devoid of any figures / humanity. Obviously the furniture is going to look different depending on whether you render it in Mosca's temple, the I.R.L. space shit or in a tower block in East London... From googling it looks like Habbo Hotel has different themed rooms (1 / 2 / 3). Isometric projection would work really well with this I think.

The Röyksopp video Remind Me, explores a human and the effect she has via statistics. This would be going back in the direction of United Groove but could easily be rendered in tron-esque colours. (Video). The trails people leave could be explored and rendered either onto a map or environment. Much like these (1 / 2). Or like this >
